Friends of Queen’s Croft

Friends of Queen’s Croft are a group of parents and staff who support fundraising activities for the school. Their achievements make a real difference to our pupils’ lives within school. The funds are used to provide and support the extras not covered within the school budget. This ensures costs to families are kept to a minimum.

Historically, Friends of Queen’s Croft have paid for the London Eye and the Big Bus experience for all Year 11s as part of their residential trip. They have contributed towards the Key Stage 4 residential trip to France, paid for the limo and DJ at the annual prom and even made a significant contribution to help purchase the lighting system in the main hall.

Each day our children utilise and enjoy the recreational outdoor swings and fitness equipment that Friends of Queen’s Croft purchased.

Friends of Queen’s Croft are always grateful to accept either monetary donations or items that can be used as prizes for raffles, tombolas and stalls at our fundraising events.

All parents, carers, wider family members and members of staff are welcome to join the committee and you will be assured a very warm welcome. Meetings are informal and we are always looking for new ideas to improve our fundraising. All our meetings are advertised in our school newsletter.

Our current chair is Mrs Gregory,  who can be contacted via the school number 01543 227245 or via email on
